Blair drafts and prosecutes domestic, international and PCT patent applications in the electrical and computer arts; renders general IP law related advice; prepares expert opinions of counsel; and prepares and prosecutes post-grant reissue applications. He has worked on a wide variety of technologies, a sampling of which includes both wireless and wired technologies, semiconductors (circuit design, packaging and the like), motor control, image sensors and image processing, touch sensors, memory devices, video coding, medical imaging (CT, MRI and PET), LCD display drive technology, photocopiers and paperless cloud network systems.
