Ms. Dobson currently serves as Managing Attorney and Sr. Counsel of Business Expectations LLC, organized in the State of New York, United States of America, with offices in the states of New York and Louisiana, serving global and national businesses in Intellectual Property Law across the U.S., as registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); Ms. Dobson is also appointed as Director of Sponsored Projects at Louisiana Tech University.

She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a registered intellectual property attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
